  1. Do I need to print my ticket?

    You only need to bring a printed ticket if the name on the ticket differs from yours AND you cannot produce, on your mobile device, the Eventbrite ticket or QR code.

  2. Do I need to bring my ID?

    YES! Adult passengers without ID will not be allowed to board the bus.

  3. What if I get out of control?

    If the Revel Bus host ascertains that you or your guests are disrupting the tour in any way by being intoxicated, obnoxious, etc, Revel Bus reserves the right to ask you or your group to leave the bus – without refund. Revel Bus is NOT responsible for denied entry into any venue due to disruptive behavior or being intoxicated. If anyone in your group gets sick in the bus the organizer or the person responsible will be fined a cleaning charge of $350.00 as that is our cost from the cleaning company.

  4. What if I lost my wrist band?

    If you lose it, we will not provide another but we’ll get you back on the bus with ID.

    If the event includes any benefits based on the wristband, you will won’t be able to take advantage.

  5. Can I stay behind at the destination?

    Yes, you can. We leave at the time noted with or without you. If you can, please let us know (text, email) so we don’t look for you when we are heading out.

  6. Agh! I can't go! What do I do with my ticket?

    Well, as you know, there are no refunds. However, you may resell your ticket.

  7. Are group rates available?

    Group rates are available for groups larger than 10. Please contact us for more information if not available via ticket sales page.
